If you have a 6-digit employee serial number which is not recognised upon your first attempt, you may need to precede this with a '0' to complete your registration. If you are a retiree, you can continue using the benefit site with the same serial number. If you’re a new joiner before the 29th of the month and you cannot access the site, please do not worry as you are eligible for these voluntary benefits, but your employee details have not been uploaded yet. Access to the site will be available on the 30th of your first month of joining IBM.
